Our endeavors seek to give people the strength and courage to take responsibility for themselves, their own lives, and for their surrounding community. A core understanding in our work is the importance of relationships. This comes from the belief that people should be involved in defining both the core challenges and solutions regarding their own situation. We are intent on looking at and understanding, what we do, how we do it, why we do it and to what effect and thereby ensure that our endeavors are measurable and scalable, to help as many people as possible and ensuring the highest possible quality.
